You can put it where?

shuffle

Small enough to be a suppository, but versatile enough to clip onto your “t-shirt, jacket or back pack”. The thing is as deep as the 3.5mm headphone jack, and only about 4x as wide (eyeballing here). The new compact size of the device is made possible by removing all controls and placing them in the headphone cable itself. It’s reminiscent of the iPhone headphones but with a new ‘voice’ twist. You can navigate through your shuffle by listening to a robotic voice attempt to pronounce your song and artist names. Sure as hell beats the old way of shuffling every song. Maybe they should change the name of this one to iStick. It’s tiny but has functionality to it.

My only concern is what you would do with your own headphones. I’m not going to buy a device that won’t let me use my Beats so there’s got to be a good (small) adapter, or this one won’t fly with a lot of people. It is however, a great looking product for someone who can do with 4GB of music on their device at a time.

While I doubt our guide Hannah is really an employee at an apple store, she provides a nice look at the new device. Beware of her scarily aggressive. eyebrows. Try a lower arch next time Hannah.
