Sports on your Google Calendar
I honestly used to do this manually. Google now lets you keep track of your favorite teams with a simple click of a mouse. Take it with you on your mobile device or anywhere on the web.
Tasks
While this might be old news to some of you, those of us who use Google Calendar outside of the standard web browser view may not have noticed the addition of tasks.
Tasks in Calendar build off a labs project for Gmail. It allows you to create a list of tasks in a pane to the [...]
New ‘Droid Ain’t No Cupcake
The new over-the-air update for the G1 has a fancy set of new features. Unfortunately video recording, an on-screen keyboard and all of the other major ‘cupcake’ features we were hoping for are not there. There are some cool new features though which I won’t bother repeating. Video’s and screens after the break.
Google Talk
I was reading an article on the new iPhone 2.2 updates, and something caught my eye. The messenger application had all of the standards (AIM, Yahoo!, ICQ and Google Talk). Nothing seemed out of place, nothing new or innovative, which is exactly what jumped out at me.

Google’s New Energy Plan
By 2030 Google aims to greatly reduce fossil fuel use. The hope is to wean the U.S. off of coal and oil for electricity generation and cut oil use for cars by 40%. Read the full article at Google’s blog.
Chrome = Fast
Google’s new browser ‘chrome’ isn’t just slim in retail space, but it’s slim on page load times. I’ve been working on a JavaScript heavy website at work recently, and let me tell you that this has blessed my testing process. Pages load so incredibly fast i can refresh a page 5 times in chrome before [...]
Sync Google Calendar with Microsoft Outlook
Here’s a great tool for all of you who want to sync your Google calendar with your outlook calendar. It provides 1 way or two way sync. My Google calendar syncs with my N95 (S60) already, so instead of having to set up two separate synchronizations, I can keep it at one.
